'Rise As One' is a mix by Jamaica-born, Brooklyn-based artist Ayanna Heaven, accompanying our latest collaboration with Nicholas Daley. It's part of a wider project Nicholas has launched to support those affected by Hurricane Melissa and the ongoing recovery across Jamaica and the Caribbean – a cause that hits especially close to home for him. In the same spirit, Ayanna has pulled together a selection of tracks spanning generations of Jamaican music, from Lennie Hibbert and Bob Marley to Chronixx and Iotosh.
A limited-edition 'Rise As One' graphic t-shirt, designed by Nicholas Daley and produced by Carhartt WIP, is available exclusively through nicholasdaley.net, with 100% of proceeds going directly to Food For The Poor, a registered charity providing aid on the ground.
