Since the age of nine, Sam has been caring for his father who was diagnosed with a rare form of schizophrenia. Together with psychologist and mindfulness teacher/researcher, Dr. Linda Carlson, Sam goes backpacking near the arctic circle and learns how practicing mindfulness can help strengthen the resilience of young caregivers.
