Cardinal Pietro Parolin is calling Catholics worldwide to pray for Christians suffering persecution for their faith.

Speaking during a Mass honoring Saint Agatha in Catania, Sicily, the Vatican Secretary of State pointed to the courage of the martyrs and reminded Catholics that faithfulness to Christ is also lived through the daily sacrifices of ordinary Christian life.
