Caramel Popcorn

1 cup popcorn
1/2 corn syrup
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup butter
pinch of cream of tartar
1 tsp of baking soda

bake 250 degrees for three 10 minutes intervals. Mix popcorn well between baking. Cool on wax paper for one to two hours.
