A bridge along the Harbin-Mudanjiang Highway in China’s Heilongjiang province collapsed after heavy rainfall caused massive flash floods, according to Beijing News. Two cars fell into the river, but no casualties have been reported as of August 3.

Heavy rainfall is also impacting other areas in China, with Beijing seeing its heaviest rainfall in at least 140 years. In Beijing, Tianjin, and nearby Hebei province, flooding has led to at least 22 deaths and more than a million evacuations.
