Join me on the beach in San Jose del Cabo as I attempt a challenging backlit plein air painting, capturing the golden morning light reflecting off the ocean. This watercolor painting tutorial focuses on creating a sunny beach scene, progressing from sketch and initial washes to intricate details of the coastal landscape.
The footage is sped up, but I completed the painting in about 45 mintues.
