Are apparitions of Mary better evidence for Christianity than the resurrection? Capturing Christianity's Cameron Bertuzzi became a Roman Catholic, and has put a lot of effort into defending Marian apparitions as the best evidence that his faith is true. He has said, multiple times, that apparitions of Mary are even better evidence for Christianity than the resurrection of Jesus Christ. I go through the actual data concerning his main example, the apparitions at Zeitoun, to show they are not even close to as good of evidence as the resurrection appearances. I also go into the concept of misapprehending sensory data, which helps us understand this issue much better.
