A tutorial on how to get the game in English (or any language) on Steam and merge it with your already bought DLCs.
Download Steam → store.steampowered.com/about
Tutorial:
(if your game isn't installed yet, skip step 1)
1. Uninstall the game (Documents will stay untouched, but it's always good to have a backup)
2. Get The Sims 4 base game on Steam (for free) and install it
3. Launch The Sims 4 on Steam and merge your Steam account with EA account
4. Install your EA App/Origin DLCs into the Steam installation folder
5. Launch the game and see if you have everything and if yes, enjoy!
