Sometimes the best way to change a school day… is with a $5 idea and a little creativity.

I made a simple sign that said “Can’t grow a mustache? Please take one” and taped a bunch of fake mustaches underneath it. Then I filmed students grabbing them in the hallway—and it turned into one of those small, unforgettable moments that shifts the entire vibe of the day.

You don’t need a big budget or a big plan to build culture. Just a willingness to be a little weird and make someone smile.
