After every washer stage, cans pass through a blow-off station and belt wiper to control liquid carry-over.

A fan removes liquid from the can domes and drains it back to the previous stage. Sensors detect shifted cans, ensuring the pack stays aligned, while belt wipers reduce liquid transfer between stages.

Mat suction devices beneath the conveyor use vacuum power to capture any residual liquid. Together, these features keep the washer efficient, stable, and consistent, stage after stage!
