Time for another one of Krazy Katelyn's crazy concoctions. Candy Cane Oreo Balls.... Yum!

Ingredients:
16 0z Semi-sweet chocolate
36 Oreos
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
6 Candy Canes Crushed (about 1/3 C)
Crush oreos into a fine crumb. Blend oreos, cream cheese and most of the crushed candy cane. Reserve a small portion of candy cane to be used for topping.
When mixture is fully incorporated, roll into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Then place cookie sheet of balls into freezer for approximately 10 minutes.
While balls are firming, you will need to melt the 16 oz of chocolate. Melt in a double broiler on low, stirring often to prevent scorching. Or you can microwave in 30 second intrevals, stirring every 30 seconds.
Remove balls from freezer and dip into melted chocolate. Evenly coat each ball with chocolate and top with the reserved candy cane.
Refrigerate to let chocolate harden and store in an airtight container.
