Breaking... Homeowners in Richmond BC are in turmoil after a recent court ruling giving aboriginal title to the Cowichan Tribe. Private property owners can no longer secure a mortgage or sell their properties and may face eviction. It doesn't just stop in British Columbia either, another land claim was just launched in Quebec also. It seems your property isn't safe in Canada and may no longer be yours.
