If your GoPro has an issue at shallow depths in water than you either have a defective unit or got some gunk messing up your seal. Do not try and open the drain area as a door on the GoPro 11. It doesn’t come off intentionally.

If you are doing deeper dives with your GoPro you will need a water proof housing due to the water pressure at those depths.
