Powder-bed 3D prints come out covered in loose powder — and cleaning them by hand takes time. The DyeMansion Powershot C uses automated media blasting to de-powder and smooth the surface in minutes, giving you clean, consistent parts ready for dyeing, assembly, or production.
The ski boots featured in this video were printed on the Stratasys H350 3D printer. After coming off the print bed, Peter broke down the powder cake before starting the de-powder process. This can be a long, tedious process, so he turned to the DyeMansion Powershot C. In just a few minutes, his boots were free of excess powder, ready for the finishing touches.
