Valid Questions & Public Displays of Non-Answering Tactics.
"ob·fus·cate. tr. v. 1. To make so confused or opaque as to be difficult to perceive or understand." It's not always about what they are claiming, it's about their attempt to get out of answering valid questions. I am fascinated by people who, in public, can so calmly avoid/deflect questions and distort facts. (And they aren't even embarrassed?)
