On November 3, the suspect seen in this video entered a partially fenced-in construction storage area in the 400 block of E. 7th Ave. After cutting locks, he removed multiple tools, placed them in a cart, and left the scene. Detectives, who were able to gather this video from the 700 block of E Henderson Ave, are actively working to identify and apprehend the suspect. Anyone who may have information that could assist with this investigation is asked to call Tampa Police at 813.231.6130 or contact Crimestoppers of Tampa Bay.
