A=(3,4). So is the answer simply 5?
That is the trap.
In this Visual Maths Lab question, P and Q move on the positive coordinate axes:
P=(x,0)
Q=(0,y)
while the line segment PQ always passes through the fixed point:
A=(3,4)
We need to find the minimum possible length of PQ.
I’ll cover the complete concept separately because this result itself can become a very useful CAT/JEE-style question.
