It's not wrong for people to have questions about the Bible and as Christians, we are to have answers! Here are 6 Common Questions about the validity of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ along with their answers:
1. Aren't the accounts of Jesus largely fictional?
2. What if Jesus didn't die but merely fainted?
3. What if the people claiming to see Jesus alive after his death were only hallucinating?
4. What if Jesus' body was stolen from the tomb?
5. What if those looking for Jesus went to the wrong tomb?
6. What if it wasn't Jesus seen after his death, but Jesus' twin brother?
Key Scriptures for today’s teaching: Matthew 28:1-15
Other Scriptures in this study: Acts 1:1-3; Matthew 17:9; Matthew 17:22-23
Unless otherwise noted, most Scripture will be from the NLT, the New Living Translation
This teaching is not exhaustive and there will be followup teachings about some of the verses that are often used on this topic.
