In this video, we’ll discuss the absolute maximum size that could possibly be attained by megatheropod dinosaurs. Theropods' true size may have been much larger than we think! In order to give that any meaning at all, we’ll need a frame of reference: and what better taxon to provide that reference than T. rex itself, the best-studied megatheropod? In Megatheropods Explained, we’re going to calculate an average adult size for the Tyrant Lizard King. But what does adult mean, and how do we determine it?
