On today’s Deep Dive, we build a custom motorcycle sissy bar from scratch using square stock, an oxy-acetylene torch, a welder, and a simple homemade bending jig. The first attempt comes out too wide, so we take a second shot, refine the bends, fabricate the mounts, and fit the finished sissy bar to the bike.
