Asking the important questions here!
Recommended VR Headsets to enjoy Waifus!

At this point, I can only recommend the HTC Vive Pro to the high end of PC VR users as Oculus currently isn't shipping CV1 headsets and even so, the Rift S is not a great replacement relative to the HTC Vive, Pro or otherwise. However, as it is the only PC headset that will be available new from Oculus until generation 2.

PSVR is an option for any console gamers out there who want to get a taste of what high end VR can offer right from their own homes, but you'll have more difficulty enjoying Waifus with it since there aren't as many customizeable options for it as there are for PC.

I'll make it simple, get a Google Cardboard if you just want to dabble in VR, buy an Oculus Go if you want a bit more support and a more convenient experience.

Future Recommendation:

This product hasn't released yet, but just due to the specifications and form factor alone, I will recommend this to all people who want to use VR going forward. I'll link to a video that will release at a later time to explain in full, but to put it simply, the compromises of the form factor the Quest provides are inconsequential relative to its ability to resolve the main issues hurting VR in its current form.
