I built my personal robotic camera assistant for fraction of the cost of traditional motion control units. Also my setup is a lot smaller and lighter which makes it easy to travel with. My motion control is also fast to setup even for one person. This robotic camera assistant can even be adjusted in real time to follow the subject you are filming which not even the expensive motion control rigs can do.
