This collaboration has been a long time in the making.
Joining forces with the legendary @RandySantel , we became the first people ever to attempt the brand-new Cowboy Cookout Challenge at H's Diner in Eastbourne. It was my 3rd time at the amazing Diner, and Randy's first
Waiting for us was an incredible BBQ feast featuring BBQ ribs, a pulled pork burger, fillet steak, cherry cola chicken wings, sausages, corn on the cob, mac & cheese, cowboy beans, coleslaw, pickles, chimichurri and a bonus shake.
The challenge wasn't just about the amount of foodt was about tackling a huge variety of BBQ favourites in one sitting. Every bite brought a different texture, flavour and challenge, making this one of the most enjoyable collaborations I've filmed.
