I give my aircrete K-rocket stove another try, using a few great ideas from you in the comments. The foam generator worked great, once I switched to a new batch of foam mix. I used a 5 to 1 ratio of foam to portland cement and I think that is where things went wrong. However, every try is a learning opportunity and hopefully the 4th time will be the charm.
