Brewing method
Weigh and grind coffee to desired fineness
Add between 11g and 14g of coffee to the basket
Level but do not tamp
Place shower screen on top and attach to AeroPress
Either add precise amount of hot water for the desired output or add more than enough water and weigh the output
Added water should include equal weight of the coffee to allow for what is absorbed. Example; for 13g of coffee use 30g of water to end with a 2:1 ration (standard espresso)
