Have you ever wondered what it's like to beat a Oblivion without leveling up? No no i don't mean your character level.. I mean any stat..none of them can level. Is it even possible? I mean can't really fight, can't heal myself, can't make potions, can't run or jump.. so.. can I do it? LETS FIND OUT.
