![Do you know who you are?
After leaving an abusive religious group, many of us no longer know who we are. Our sense of identity was so wrapped up in the group that to leave was to lose ourselves. Or so it feels. Here is a simple practice to get you started on rebuilding. We also want to invite you to register for our first-ever Full Access Rebuilding [After Religious Abuse] digital course, where Naomi and 3 other real-life survivors engage with this issue in detail. What is Full Access? Youll have the option of joining our team for a live Q&A time to ask your questions and hear from others who are similarly healing.
Registration is now open at https://www.belivefreecollective.com/
