Can Garou Hunt Great Saiyaman?

Now as silly as this topic sounds, it actually does fit very strangely as a story. Garou is a hero hunter who becomes a monster while maintaining his humanity, with him ultimately regretting what he’s done after completing his goal. While Gohan, was someone who had a monstrous power always inside of him, but his humanity is what ultimately holds him back, leading into him slacking off and protecting the world in a different way. So what if during the time Gohan was Saiyaman, Garou would manage to come into contact with God, and drop down on West City, I only say cosmic Garou for this fight because every other Garou would get one shot by Kid Gohan, and it’s not worth talking about. Anywho with that aside, let’s discuss what the strongest hero in dragon ball is capable of. Now Saiyaman aka Buu Saga Gohan does seem weak due to the series constantly reminding you that Gohan is not at the same level as his teen self. However, this is mainly in reference to specifically SSJ 2 Gohan, as Gohan can’t access that same rage from back then. During the 7 years, he actually didn’t decline THAT much and can still use SSJ 2, meaning he should at least be above his Grade 4 Self & Goku. Which makes sense considering Gohan was way stronger than Shin, who has power relative to Goku. Shin is also the same guy who can just neg frieza in one shot, the same frieza who survived a cluster of exploding stars with half a body. This was calculated to be at Solar System Level, which is consistent given Super Perfect Cell before fully charging up his Ki, was going to destroy the Solar System. In the anime, it’s actually implied the very universe itself was going to be destroyed. The thing is this Gohan has low end scaling to this so i'd rather use the Frieza calc I mentioned, but i did want to bring it up. I could say because Dabura is said to be equal to Cell , Gohan should be universal but I feel that’s fallacious since this Gohan isn’t even relative to the one that fought Cell to begin with. The Hero Hunter known as Garou was just a regular martial artist, before then evolving into something much more. He would go through the stages of monsterization, with Saitama stopping everything he could throw at him. After seemingly being defeated, we’d see for the first time someone full on have a conversation with God, and even manage to take some form of an avatar as god himself. This allowed Garou to finally become worth Saitama’s time, with him being able to legit copy his power and add it to his own.
In terms of who hits harder, well we know that the calc of Garou and Saitamas fist clashing is in the same tier as the explosion a half dead frieza somehow survived. So even Base Gohan himself would be scaling above this 100s of times over, with him maybe being higher if you want to use the Universal stuff. Gohan realistically would maybe need Super Saiyan but that’s quite literally all he needs to creep Garou badly. Now this is where you guys are probably asking about his Saiyaman Mode and him maybe evolving into a bigger threat, but honestly I can’t see Garou pulling this off. Not only is there a power gap already there but Gohan has transformations to increase his power exponentially. On top of this, he himself is a Saiyan prodigy, the same race of fighters who’re known for their infinite battle potential and growth. Saitama and Garou blatantly do have a limit as there is a graph cataloging the cat and mouse chase between who was stronger. The best chance Garou has here is if he catches Gohan giving a Saiyaman speech and just blows up the planet. QUITE literally that is the win con Cosmic Garou has to get in order to really win. But Gohan noticing the radiation right away is probably not going to play games and would turn on Super Saiyan to be safe, before then knocking Gods Avatar like it’s a Saturday morning Cartoon.
