Hi Everyone!
Oh boy! This was a fun experiment. I decided to try out Chat GPT for the first time by having it write both a positive and a negative review of one of my favorite books from last year, Lonesome Dove by Larry McMurtry.
I used the OpenAI version of Chat GPT and am in not affiliated with OpenAI.
Here is a link to their website.

It is free to play around with Chap GPT but please pay attention to the warnings and notices that are part of the introduction from OpenAI. I highlight a few of them in the video but this is certainly not all of them.
I have worked in Information Technology for the last 25 years specifically in Business Intelligence, Data and Analytics with a limited understanding of data science, machine learning and algorithms. My descriptions in the video are not very detailed or specific. There is a lot that goes into data science and predictive analytics and I give a very simplified explanation in the video!
I have included a link to business insider with a great article about some of the benefits and potential pitfalls of ChatGPT.

Now, having said all of that.. this was a huge amount of fun. The reviews generated definitely had some errors and were not in my tone of voice but it was still fun. I am still going to struggle my way through writing something coherent for my channel and Goodreads reviews but this is a fascinating area β₯
