The goal was to make it look awesome and unbeatable but Luke doesn't really care. This is all characters and the most fun or interesting supers vs Akuma's KKZ.

"Hit back+taunt and then mash down+taunt until he gets out his rice ball then you unlock this version of Akuma (with a double air fireball and some new supers). After this, KKZ is performed [d, d + PPP]"
