Can an 8-year-old gaming laptop actually run modern AAA games in 2026?

Because this laptop is from 2018.

It has an Intel i7-8750H, 24GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GTX 1060 laptop GPU.

And today, I'm throwing three modern games at it:

Cyberpunk 2077
Borderlands 4
Dying Light, The Beast

Laptop Specs:

Storage: Samsung 990 Pro SSD
Display: 1080p 144Hz

I tested each game at 1080p using low, medium and FSR settings to see what kind of FPS this old gaming laptop can achieve.
