Senior, vocalist, and actor James Demps has had an enriching experience at Jacksonville University. The small class sizes, expert professors and researchers, top-ranked art programs, and extracurricular events have captivated him since his first step on campus. He’s lived on campus all four years and shares the advantages of being nearby basketball games, performances, exhibitions, trivia nights, and concerts. There is always something to do on campus! Outside of class, James works with Career Management, Admissions, Residential Life, and New Student Orientation, and is part of organizations such as Finprov Improv Troupe, University Singers, and Infinitus. We have over 100 clubs at JU. If you don’t see one you like, you can develop your own. Jacksonville University is all about the customizable student experience!
