After going though almost of week of 90 degree heat in Central Kentucky, we looked at the map and the weather app and decided to give Southwest Michigan a try at camping. Leaving in an early morning thunderstorm we were glad to get to the great cool fresh air of Michigan along the shore of Lake Michigan. We also decided to keep things simple on this trip and eat all our meals out. All and all we had a great trip. Warren Dunes state park was a cool place to camp
