Campfire Stories is an independent documentary film platform exploring humanity’s relationship to Earth, culture and meaning.

Founded by filmmaker Mattias Olsson, the project brings together poetic documentaries and long-form conversations with thinkers such as Vandana Shiva, Charles Eisenstein and Stephen Jenkinson. The films explore regenerative agriculture, forestry, community, myth and the deeper cultural narratives shaping our ecological crisis.

Rather than focusing only on climate symptoms, Campfire Stories looks at the root stories that have shaped modern civilization – and asks what other ways of living might be possible.
