When we see the first video it shows an encounter involving Bobbie Vann, the Campbell County Sheriff's Department, and others connected to Campbell County government.
The 2nd video shows this couple turning in complaints on the officers that were involved.
In the situation shown, Bobbie Vann allegedly told citizens that he does not work for the public. Soon after, his son-in-law—Wasson or JJ Hatmaker, who works for the sheriff’s department—became involved. Also present was Grant Cole.
However they seized her phone an she is trying to get it back. There were many others involved will be posting police reports on community posts

An this video shows Sheriff Barton gaslighting this couple as well as trying to twist stuff around on them. All because he can't take accountability.
