Whoops made this a couple of days ago. Hope you do something fun for yourself.
I'm participating in Camp NaNoWriMo for April. The idea is to do a writing project, whether existing or new, fiction or non-fiction. Pick your own goal. Mine is nice and low at 30,000 words for the month cranking out at a new pulp fantasy novella. I'm going to write each day, at least 1,000 words - hopefully get about 2/3 done by the end of the month. The main goal is to give myself a space to think of something other than the crappy stuff in the world for an hour or two each day.
Steve Donoghue gives a little chat about his ideas about the month. He is actually pretty accepting of whatever word count, or what kind of project - I'm just projecting my own worries in the video! A good virtual community get-together. Prep in the shower and then have some fun! His video:

Joseph Francis Burton deletes some of his videos as he goes. I believe the one I referenced is no longer up, but you should definitely check out his channel and subscribe (especially if you like George Elliot and fiercely intelligent booktubers).
