In this camp cooking video, I share my recipe for Pizza Soup. Pizza Soup is something that hits the spot when you are either in the mood for something different or craving home made pizza but lack the time or ingredients to make it. It is very simple to make and is made completely to taste.

The base for the Pizza Soup is simple:
1 can of condensed tomato soup (add a bit of lemon juice if it's too sweet)
Italian Herb Seasoning
Garlic Powder (preferably roasted)

From there, build your pizza soup with whatever traditional (or non traditional) pizza ingredients you wish. Today I kept it simple with Pepperoni, Onion, Green Pepper, and Mushroom. Add in small chunks of fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese to complete your pizza and dig in! If you are one that considers a crust to be essential for a good pizza, add 3 or 4 sourdough pretzel rods to add a "crust" to the soup.

Enjoy!
