Cameron Smith REFUSES To Comment On Joining LIV Golf..

Welcome back to Golf District. Australian Cameron Smith, the champion of the British Open, had no comment on Tuesday about rumors that he might switch from the US PGA Tour to the Saudi-sponsored LIV Golf Series. The inaugural FedEx Cup playoff tournament, the St. Jude Championship, which gets underway Thursday at TPC Southwind, included several speakers besides world number two Smith in Memphis.

There was additional discussion concerning another story that Smith had already signed his contract with LIV. Smith stated that he plans to compete in the Presidents Cup, which will take place at Quail Hollow next month and pit the United States against a group of non-European Internationals in a PGA Tour-run competition.
