I knew this for awhile, but it was difficult. The 2nd flash is easier to do, and the 3rd flash is hard as BALLS. The 1st flash is hard, but it's at the start so it's okay.
Also, maybe 3 flash is possible? But I forgot why I thought 3 flash might be possible completely. Compare me with pannenkoek, who documents literally everything perfectly!

Yes, since this is a theory TAS, I manip only 1 out of 3 bats and I just press A as substitute to theorize how fast this star can be 0x. The REAL non-theory TAS will be made once Fifdspence is done with Shifting Sand Land and such.
