Another cycle skip may be possible. On those 2nd set of platforms, but... it needs a double platform 7-block jump. Yeah, those things I did with 6-1 elevators to reach the next floor, but in a really awkward angle. Twice in a row.
Also, I give props to Niet3sche77 for the skip idea. When I was watching his first playthrough of the game on Twitch, he went up those 2nd set of platforms the opposite clockwise direction, like how I did it. Like, I didn't even know that's possible, wtf. Even if I did, I was sure it would be very slow, but I gave it a try and...yeah.
