There's another new station being built right now that I went to go and see ... this time in Cambridge, where the new Cambridge Station is being constructed. I went along to have a look at the construction which is well under way.
[ I suspect this will be station number 2,590 on the network when it opens in early 2026 ]

CORRECTIONS
3:56 The map that show the speeds is the wrong way round. The inside tracks that stop at the island platform have a speed limit of 90mph, and the outside loop tracks have a speed limit of 60mph
