All clear of this very cool and looong doujin horizontal shmup
developed by Vagues Games, basically just one guy "K. Okada",
and released on Windows in 2016.
The same dev released "Flying Pancake Octopus in the Black Hole"
of which i made a run 2 year ago: youtube.com/watch?v=ILXan8Zhh64
A new chapter, called "Another Cry", is currently in development
and should be released under Exa-arcadia (arcade) this year.
This game take great inspiration from creature lived in the cambrian period,
in fact every enemy is designed after real fossil included of scientific name.
Gameplay is pretty standard for an horizontal shmup,
there's a main weapon, a secondary weapon and bomb (determined by s.w.)
that charge slowly over time and by collecting blue/red fragments,
there are more than 15 main and secondary weapon to choose from,
not counting their rare and more powerfull version,
but what really stand out are the many bosses, full of phases and bullet pattern
with very little repetition, very fun to play but alot to learn,
so to compensate game gives a lot of lives (by collecting 1up coin).
Also great metal OST that make me like this game even more.
I would have preferred a run with less deaths but every try is more than 3 hours
so i'm ok with this, at least i did a decent last boss.

![Cadillacs & Dinosaurs (キャディラックス 恐竜新世紀) - 1CC [ Mustapha ]
Casual clear of this belt-scroller beatm up released by Capcom in 1993
and based on the animated series of the same name.
Not my favorite among Capcom beatm up,
i think it lacks some variety in combo and fighting choice for a 93 arcade but still a fun game.
i played with Mustapha for its speed and super good double kick
but i died too much, just a wrong input or a misplaced move can cost you a full life.
I did this run on Wolfmame 0.249 w/o autofire or macro.

![TouHou Makuka Sai - Fantastic Danmaku Festival (part 1) - 1CC [Reimu - Lunatic]
Survival 1cc of this touhou fangame developed by StarX in 2014
and published on Steam in 2018 in its final version (1.05),
its a remake/sequel of Touhou 6 Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
The first touhou game i clear, although not in the main series,
is pretty good in both gameplay and visual, also a very good OST.
I played with Reimu in Lunatic difficulty, it took me around 70 hours
to achieve my first clear, i havent much experience in this series
so i used a lot of bomb and i died a lot,
especially in stage 5 boss i had a big meltdown and chain death 4 times,
but all and all a decent run for me.
Also this game is usually cheap on Steam at less than 3 euro on sales.
Because i recorded from a replay i added the ending for completition.

![Super Cyborg [1CC - Hard - NoMiss]
No miss run of this awesome runngun developed and published by Arthur Games
on Steam in 2015 and in 2022 on Switch/Xbox/Ps4.
Game definetely inspired by Contra series ,
fun to play thanks to precise controls, gorgeous retro graphic
and great soundtrack by Darkman007.
It has the tipical gameplay of a Contra game but with the addition of a lock button
that stop your movement an let you aim in 8 way, very important in boss fight
that are infact the most fun part of the game with a lot of different phases and attacks.
I played on Steam in hard mode for a good challenge, took me 50 hours to get a NoMiss,
but the game is hard enough even on easy setting.

![The Void Rains Upon Her Heart [ea v8.7f] - Endless Nightmare (Alter Twin - lvl 53) 414030 pts
Mild scoring run of this horizontal shmup roguelite developed by Veyeral Games
and published in early access by The Hidden Levels on Steam in 2018.
Very good and addicting game full of roguelike elements with a lot of stuff to unlock/discover
that also deals with sensitive topics like anxiety, depression, and suicide (mostly in Story Mode).
I played Endless Nightmare, some kind of survival mode, where to power up your heart
you spend Karma (currency in this mode) to buy from a random selection of Gift (PowerUp),
the run end when you cant keep up with the ever increasing difficulty of the fights.
I chose Alter Twin because of the high damage output out of the box of her charged shot
and the ability to generate four helper by dealing damage,
the downside is the lack of a main shot but with the collateral effect of narrowing down
the selection of available gift in the shop, this increases the possibility of some very useful Gift.
I reached Cycle 9 and beat lvl 53 monster before my poor choices killed my run.
