Cam Profile Design for offset Roller Follower in Solidworks | Full Tutorial with Motion Analysis
Designing a Cam Profile for offset roller follower having simple harmonic motion.
The Textbook based 'Graphical Method' is used to create the displacement diagram and the final cam profile.
Note: Here, Splines have been used to create the displacement diagram as well as the final shape of cam profile.
Since, the main purpose was to create a cam profile based on graphical method shown in theory of machine textbooks.
