Relaxing Piano Music - A calm piano music recording you can use as soothing music, as stress relief music, as relaxing music, as music for studying, while being creative, as spa music, as background music for your Christmas time, or while researching ways how we can make this planet an even more wonderful place, in a sustainable way. This is the recording of my latest piano music session.
The second session with the new piano. For those who follow closely, yes, I left out #1940. I did the recording last week, wasn’t happy with it at all, and went on to record this one. I focused on playing as softly as possible. While that is possible with this instrument, I still have a lot to learn and exercise in the field of piano playing technique until I get to a point where every session becomes worthy of being shared. For me, this one is calm enough to be shared on the relaxdaily channel ;)

The title is inspired by something I experienced last week myself. In summary, I was reminded that there are situations in life, maybe a couple, when we feel the urgency to step in and change the course of a situation. With that, we change future. We’ll never know to what extend. But we know we did. And in a very dramatic case, our action can lead to save a life or to make the chance smaller life gets hurt. It can be about the life of another person, of many people, the life of animals, nature, our planet, or your own. I had my inspiration. But I believe there are many ways to interpret the title. You might find a truth in there that works for you. Or, simply tune in and allow the music to be with you :)

Good news: I was able to record another calm and peaceful relaxdaily piano music you can listen to in the background during your day, while studying, focusing, working, reflecting, making small or big plans, letting your thoughts run free, as a soundtrack during your ME time, and of course also simply to relax and enjoy.
Title: Dreams List | Type: original calm piano music session
This sessions title is about your personal Dreams List. It might be an opportunity to connect deeper with yourself and your life. Or just a quick fun activity. Don’t believe me? Read on, do the exercise. It doesn’t cost you any $. The exercise is simple: Take your phone, tablet, laptop, or pen and paper, create a new file and name it “99 (insert your name) Dreams”. Now, you guessed it, you start with “1)” and write down one of the dreams you still have for your life. Hit “return”, add the second one, then the third. Do maybe 20 in one session, or fill all 99 spots at once. It should be fine if this takes you a week though, too. Don’t be too picky. This is a time to be spontaneous. Add anything that comes to your mind. The serious things and dreams as well as those crazy ones. Anything you wish that could come true now or someday in your life, no matter the circumstances.
Don’t think about how hard it might be to accomplish any dream yet, this here is just about getting your dreams on that very unique and individual list of yours. Anything goes. There might be simple, bucket list like items that simply can be ticked off once done, like “finishing a marathon”, or more long term, maybe unachievable, or sustainable, or always to keep active things, like “running a sub 3h marathon (takes a good while to get there), or simply “manage to go running every or every second day in healthy air for the sake of enjoyment and my physical and mental well being”, as examples for fitness and wellbeing dreams.
Think also for example about how you want to feel on a daily basis. I for example like to feel fit, not tired, having slept well, feeling physically and mentally fit, not being rushed, being able to take my time for the things I do (life- and workstyle design), even if that seems to be the opposite style of how most do things today.
Think about your living situation, air and water quality, noise levels, feeling safe, your health, how you commute, your work, how you spend your time, your relationships, the relationship with yourself. Is there anything you would like to add? Anything that you would love to get rid of? If you’re one of the few ones that are already completely satisfied with life and you can’t get out a single idea, or if you’re stuck with goals and dreams for just yourself, try dreams you have for the world, like things that might make our world a better place. Things like opening a healthy, nice to be, sustainable and affordable place or chain to eat, to be, or to work, or investing or engaging in building sustainable housing, truly green, ecologically and socially friendly energy solutions, manufacturing, transportation etc.
This is not to get you 99 more things to accomplish before you die, or to make you feel bad for what you have not accomplished yet in life. This is to remember and evaluate our current values, what we feel connected to or with, to feel the fire that still might burn in us. Maybe from that list at a later point in time one of the items lets you know somehow it actually wants to be acted upon. Who knows. But that’s for another topic. Another title. Another piano music session.
You can always get back to this list and update it, add items, cross items, done or undone, if they don’t align with your values anymore, or because you found after trying to manifest one for a while that the dream you had actually is not an authentic one for you for some reason.
Dreams can lead to goals. Goals are great to keep us in motion. Motion is great for health. Heath is great for happiness. A healthy and happy you is what you deserve.
