I am investigating as to why the Court has not ruled on any portion of my case proceeding in Admiralty. The Court has failed to calendar a petition for ex parte hearing. Next I will lay out what I did in proceed in Admiralty by the SUPPLEMENTAL RULES FOR ADMIRALTY OR MARITIME CLAIMS AND ASSET FORFEITURE ACTIONS and how I invoked Admiralty jurisdiction pursuant to Form 7 of FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.
