Picking up where we last left off, Irys has experienced one of her characters accidentally sparking an all out conflict between the states and Russia. So, in order to get back at the mastermind, she and her crew Task Force 141 go after his right-hand man, Rojas, in the Favela. To help her, she's accompanied by Meat and Royce. Though due to a British accent, Irys mishears it as Rice. So... Meat and Rice. A balanced meal - gotcha. But as she soon finds out, her meal is quickly taken away by the local bad guys, and her own character finds himself constantly overwhelmed. Luckily, Captain MacTavish is able to capture Rojas. But at what cost? Her beloved Meat and Rice. That settles it, Call of Duty needs MORE plot armor, including for the side characters.

Hololive Production (or simply Hololive) is a vtuber talent angecy owned by Japanese tech entertainment company Cover Corporation. Their goal is to create a culture loved by all. "Vtubers" is short for the term "virtual youtubers" but has since become a catch-all term for any content creator (including those outside Youtube, despite the name) who uses a virtual avatar (such as an anime character) for videos or live stream purposes. Hololive's talents encompass a wide range from gaming enthusiasts, professional-level gamers, bone fide singers, to anywhere in-between. It has multiple generations in their Japanese, English, and Indonesian branches.
IRyS initially debuted as a solo talent in the English's branch known as "Project: HOPE" which was specialized in vtuber singers or vsingers. However, she was later incorporated as part of the unit "Promise" alongside Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii, Nanashi Mumei, and Hakos Baelz who were part of the English branch official second generation "Council". Together, Council and Hope made Promise.
