This is probably the hardest chapter if you go for a no damage run (especially at the end). In this video we will get the There Will Not Be Blood achievement.
Since we are going for the previously mentioned achievement, a lot of the chapter can be done in pure stealth. In case you are wondering, no, at 9:42 I didnt intend to smash the bottle right next to me.
Once you are in the lobby of Beacon Mental Hospital, I advise you to go counter-clockwise through the right side. Throw a bottle immediately when you can pick it up (about half way through). Be wary of the enemy at the end, sometimes its there, sometimes its not.
The part where you get hold of the shotgun can be tricky if you are going for a no damage run. Some enemies have guns themselves. No, I didnt want to yell Come here! twice... nor once.
In enemy encounter V, you do not have to kill everyone, make sure to keep your back clear. Do not go too far right at the end of the section, there is a Ruvik Clone waiting for you.
In enemy encounter VI, Id run all the way back where you came from once you call the elevator. You can easily juke the enemies and dont have to waste any bullets.
Phase I: The first phase of the Administrator fight is fairly easy, just shoot him when he glows redish.
Phase II: Unlock an ammo supply as soon as you can and stay in that area. Keep moving, however.
Phase III: Its overall very simple. However, sometimes he can spawn multiple waves - only run when you know the coast is clear.
Phase IV: Phase IV is simple to do but hard to do without taking damage. Just shoot the hand that is showing the red symbol.

Welcome to the final chapter of The Evil Within - if you made it so far, congratulations! Victory is nigh!
Chapter 15 is one of the longer chapters but a lot of the time is spent in cutscenes.
The wave based battle arena can be quite tricky to deal with - especially due to the lack of ammunition (and if you are unlucky, lack of craftable resources).
Wave I:
- As soon as you can, run right and climb up the ladders. You should be able to place a shock bolt before the first wave of enemies comes. Burn them all with one match
Wave II:
- Run to the left side, place a shock bolt and burn as many as you can. Shoot the remaining Haunted
Wave III:
- Craft a shock bolt if you dont already have one ready. Place it in the middle of the battlefield - into the blood
- A Fake and other Haunted will spawn. If you place yourself behind the Fake you are able to burn them all at once
Wave IV:
- Run back to the right side. Place a shock bolt and try to burn all three enemies
- More enemies are coming from all over the place. Try to shoot them or use other tactics you feel more comfortable with
- The Sadist will spawn with an RPG. You dont have to bother with him until everyone else is dead
- Unfortunately I ran out of matches - and quickly out of ammo as well... You can use the RPG Sadist to shoot the rest of them
- If you shoot the Sadist twice with the sniper, he will pull out his chainsaw and come for you. Once he comes for you, make sure you still have 4 sniper bullets left for the next section
- Kill the Sadist
Once this part is over, the rest is going to be easy!
In the next section, shoot all four Haunted with your sniper. If you are far enough away, they wont do anything.
At this point, you should have a couple of bullets for your magnum and a lot of resources to craft bolts - specifically explosive bolts. You can make a line out of explosive bolts and let both Keepers run towards you, converging to the line. Once they explode, you shouldnt need a lot of ammo to kill the Keepers. This marks the final time you need ammunition in this game.
I think you can figure out how to get through the trap maze. No, i didnt step onto a bear trap. You can shoot the eyes to temporarily disable them.
The rest of the game isnt hard to figure out. Once you have dealt with all this. Congratulations! You beat 悪夢 -AKUMU- Difficulty!

Chapter 14.2:
- Get your snow/shock bolt ready and place it before the lever
- Instantly run through to the next gate
- When calling the stair-lift(?) three Spawns will spawn. Kill the first one immediately with three shotgun shots
- Prepare a shock bolt and wait for the other two to come to the corner behind the pipes
- Shoot the bolt as late as possible, this should give you enough time to wait out this sequence and climb up the stairs (you may pick up some of the items)
The Sadist:
- Cant really die here
The Keeper(s):
- Pick up everything you can in the room
- Blast whatever you have into the Keeper
- After the first one dies, two more will spawn. Its helpful to stun both with a shock bolt
- Do it better than me
Laura:
- You dont have to use any bolts but making her spawn through the bodies seems a bit random
- If you have to, stun her
- You need to use the fire twice in order to kill her
