This is the best motorcycle road in California, the CA-36, also called the serpent or the serpent to the sea. It starts in Red Bluff California and ends up in Fortuna California. You ride through lots of twisties, elevation changes, and Grizzly Redwood Forrest State Park. The rest of the ride is just as cool, down the 101 to ride through a giant redwood, then to the 1 and along the ocean, to the 128 through another redwood forest, ending up back on the 101 headed towards San Francisco, where we cross the Golden Gate Bridge. Finally home. Lots of great roads here, maybe the best Motorcycle ride in Ca.
