I was peacefully exercising my First Amendment rights at the California State Office Building in San Diego. Multiple employees confronted me. Security said I needed permission from building management. Branch chief refused to identify herself. Then Todd Sickinger came out of his office without identifying himself and grabbed my hand. Tried to take my camera.
