Heavy chemtrails in northern California, and Nevada, created a reflector surface, so the Gakona HAARP could force drought over the Texas panhandle. The reflector surface has to be half way between the HAARP transmitter, and the target heating area. HAARP ELF clouds, and dry, decending air, is shown in the Texas Panhandle. There is no reason in the weather maps, for the descending, dry, air, except for a HAARP downburst. Also, a warning about a virus on the NASA rapidfire satellite image website.
